The Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services announced that the Workers’ Benefit Fund assessment will drop to 2.2 cents per hour worked in 2020.
The assessment was 2.4 cents per hour worked in 2019.
The Workers’ Benefit Fund provides increases to permanently disabled workers and families of workers who died from a workplace injury or disease. The fund also supports return-to-work programs in the state.
