Revised Draft Impairment Guidelines Released

After an onslaught of opposition from every stakeholder group, the state Workers’ Compensation Board released revised draft impairment guidelines and proposed regulations on Wednesday. The revised guidelines make wholesale changes to the way impairments would be scored, while the revised regulations would remove all changes proposed earlier to the section dealing with independent medical examiners.
