Court Reverses Denial of Benefits for Electrician's Fall from Ladder

A judge of compensation claims erred in denying benefits to a Florida electrician who suffered closed-head injuries after falling from a ladder at work since the evidence that he was engaged in his ordinary job duties at the time of his accident provided enough of a connection between his injuries and his employment for them to be compensable, the 1st District Court of Appeal ruled.
