Russell Michiels to Manage LUBA Claims Department

LUBA Workers’ Comp has promoted Russell Michiels to manager of its claims department. Michiels will oversee all claims operations and medical bill reviews, ensure compliance with state and federal insurance regulations, and help secure the company’s catastrophic reinsurance coverage. Michiels has more than 27 years of experience in the insurance industry.
