The strain of changes wrought by the coronavirus pandemic may have begun to show in the Illinois workers' compensation system. Compensation Commission Chairman Michael Brennan on Tuesday sent a sternly worded memo to all law firms and clerking services after some unnamed attorneys and clerks allegedly were rude to commission staff at the Chicago office.
