The Division of Workers’ Compensation revoked the qualified medical evaluator (QME) certification for a psychologist who had his license suspended by the California Board of Psychology for actions related to his addiction to methamphetamine.A complaint filed Jan. 5, 2011, by the Psychology Board against Robert E.
