BWC Moves Ahead With Hospital Fee Schedule and Rules

The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation is moving ahead with a number of changes to its hospital inpatient fee schedules and reimbursement rules. The agency is required to annually review its fees and is proposing to adopt a payment adjustment factor that would be 112.7% of Medicare's base rate for diagnostic-related groups (DRGs), the BWC explained.
