The Minnesota Workers' Compensation Advisory Council's legislative proposal motivated a state representatives to amend his bill to limit vocational rehabilitation services for injured workers.State Rep. Tim Mahoney, D-St. Paul, amended House Bill 1359 to reflect the Workers' Compensation Advisory Council's recommendation to cap the services of a vocational rehabilitation counselor at 20 hours a month per claimant.
