The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration fined an Ohio auto parts maker $271,403, saying the company exposed workers to fires and failed to train them on fire identification or proper use of fire extinguishers.
OSHA said it received a referral from a local fire department that responded to 13 fires at the Woodbridge Englewood Inc. facility in Clayton over a two-year period.
