Court Reverses Award for Paralegal Injured in Softball Game

The Delaware Superior Court is ordering a do-over on a paralegal's claim for benefits for his injuries that occurred while playing for his law firm's softball team. The court last week said the state's Industrial Accident Board had misapplied the legal standard for determining what recreational activities could fall within the course and scope of William Weller's employment with Morris James LLP.
