Split Supreme Court Upholds Constitutionality of Statutory Limitation on Mental Injury Benefits

The Arizona Supreme Court ruled that the statutory limitation on workers' compensation claims for mental illnesses to those that arise from an "unexpected, unusual or extraordinary stress" passes constitutional muster.
