Green's Option Bill Combines Texas, Oklahoma Opt-Out Elements

Take a little bit of Texas, and a little Oklahoma, and you get – Tennessee? Tennessee state Sen. Mark Green on Thursday introduced opt-out legislation that takes elements out of both state's workers' compensation laws. Green's Senate Bill 721 would allow employers in the Volunteer State to volunteer their way out of the workers’ compensation system.
