Green's Option Bill Combines Texas, Oklahoma Opt-Out Elements

Take a little bit of Texas, and a little Oklahoma, and you get – Tennessee? Tennessee state Sen. Mark Green on Thursday introduced opt-out legislation that takes elements out of both state's workers' compensation laws.
