State agencies and compensation courts continue to adjust to the restrictions required by the COVID-19 outbreak.

Illinois. The Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission, which is not yet set up for virtual hearings, has suspended most arbitration proceedings. But it said it will now hold in-person arbitrations only for valid emergency motions, starting today, the commission announced.
