Victims of Work-Related Crashes Can Recover Med Expenses From Third-Party Tortfeasors

New Jersey residents injured in work-related car crashes may recover medical expenses from third-party tortfeasors, and workers' compensation insurers have a right to be reimbursed for the medical expenses they paid, the Superior Court of New Jersey's appellate division determined.  The order reversed and remanded three decisions made in lower courts, which were heard in combination on appeal.  Case: Lambert v.
