The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation is doing a routine rule review and is seeking comments from the public about whether any changes are needed to eight chapters in the state’s Administrative Code.
The division is reviewing the following rules in Title 28 of the Texas Administrative Code:
Chapter 129, income benefits — temporary income benefits.
Chapter 130, impairment and supplemental income benefits.
Chapter 131, benefits — lifetime income benefits.
Chapter 132, death benefits — death and burial benefits.
Chapter 133, general medical provisions.
