Facts: An employee of M&G Polymerse USA LLC fell from a buggy and pinned his leg while at work on Jan. 14, 2015. The West Virginia Supreme Court elected to identify the worker by his initials, T.E.C., due to the sensitive nature of the medical evidence developed in his case.
