By Greg Jones, ReporterProponents of workers' compensation reform in Illinois say a new study from Oregon supports their argument that the current system is broken and needs to be fixed.The Oregon Department of Consumer Business Services published last week a premium rate ranking calculating indices based on data from all 50 states and the District of Columbia that showed Illinois is the third most expensive jurisdiction in the country for workers' compensation insurance.
