Oregon’s Workers’ Compensation Division is requesting advice from system users about possible changes to its rules governing claims administration.
The division identified 25 specific issues in OAR 436-060 that it would like system users to comment on by Oct. 25. One issue the division identified is that its regulations refer to forms by name and number. But while the documents are available online, system users might not know how to find them.
The division also said that rules listing forms by names “may imply that an insurer may not use their own form.”
