WCD Seeks Input on Possible Changes to Claims Admin Rules

Oregon’s Workers’ Compensation Division is requesting advice from system users about possible changes to its rules governing claims administration. The division identified 25 specific issues in OAR 436-060 that it would like system users to comment on by Oct. 25.
