McDonald's Worker Charged with Fraud

An employee at a Southern California McDonald’s was charged with workers’ compensation fraud for allegedly claiming to have suffered a foot injury despite seeking treatment for the condition prior to filing her claim.The San Bernardino District Attorney’s Office said Maria Arrieta, 51, was injured while working at McDonald's in June 2010.
