Advisory Council Meets Tuesday

The Montana Labor-Management Advisory Council will hear an update on COVID-19 claims and discuss a proposal to change who is responsible for providing claimants with information about work comp benefits, during a meeting Tuesday. Council members will review draft legislation that would eliminate the requirement for carriers to provide injured workers who have filed a claim a written description of potential benefits and entitlements.
