Uninsured Tree Trimmer Caught in Sting

Six unlicensed contractors were caught in a multi-agency sting in Fresno, including one man who brought along an assistant not covered by workers’ compensation, according to the Contractors State License Board. In addition to a citation for not having a license for Raul's Tree Service in Fresno, Raul Garcia received a stop-work order and misdemeanor citation for not having workers’ compensation.
