Eastern Alliance Finalizes Purchase of Great Falls' Comp Renewals

ProAssurance Corp. subsidiary Eastern Alliance Insurance Co. has finalized its purchase of the renewal rights to Great Falls Insurance Co.’s book of workers’ compensation business. Eastern is not assuming any prior liability for policies written by Great Falls in the transaction, ProAssurance said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.
