Senate Approves WCA Funding Bill

The Oklahoma Senate unanimously approved a bill that would authorize an annual payment to the Workers’ Compensation Administrative Fund from employer premiums. Senate Bill 472, by Sen. Julie Daniels, R-Bartlesville, would also make changes to the process of nominating the judge who serves on the Workers’ Compensation Court of Existing Claims.
