A Southern California man was arrested and charged with failure to secure workers’ compensation following a compliance check of contractors working in the Rancho Cucamonga area, the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office announced.During a Dec. 8, 2011, compliance check, Francisco Barajas-Castellanos, 30, and another man were observed preparing the interior of a residence for painting.
