Baylor Evnen Hires Attorney Jennifer Caswell as Partner

Nebraska law firm Baylor Evnen has hired Jennifer Caswell as a partner in the firm's workers' compensation practice group.

Caswell will work out of the firm's Omaha office.

She comes to Baylor Evnen after nearly 17 years as a special counsel at Ritsema & Lyon PC, a Colorado-based firm that defends employers and carriers in insurance matters. 

She holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Ball State University in Indiana and a law degree from Creighton University in Nebraska.

The Omaha World-Herald reported Caswell's hiring on Sunday.
