The U.S. Supreme Court denied a request to hear a pair of cases from Minnesota holding that the state’s employers can’t be forced to reimburse injured workers for medical cannabis without violating federal law.
The high court on Tuesday declined certiorari in Susan K. Musta v. Mendota Heights Dental Center and Daniel Bierbach v. Digger’s Polaris.
