QME Rules Would Eliminate Neuropsychology Specialty Designation

Rules proposed by the Division of Workers' Compensation that would eliminate the qualified medical evaluator specialty designation for clinical neuropsychologists could create problems in cases in which the injured worker has suffered a severe head injury, according to attorneys and doctors.
