ORLANDO, Fla. – Last week’s ruling by a trial court that the exclusive-remedy provision in Florida’s Workers’ Compensation Act is unconstitutional provided bountiful fodder for debate just in time for this week’s Workers’ Compensation Institute Educational Conference.
