BWC Floats Rule on Behavioral Assessments

The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation is accepting comments from providers on a rule proposing standards for behavioral assessments. OAC 4123-6-33 would offer guidelines on how to determine whether a worker should receive Health and Behavior Assessment and Intervention (HBAI) services, and how reimbursement for those services should be calculated.
