Vocational Rehabilitation Rules Poised for Overhaul

The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry is proposing amendments to Rules 5220.1400 through 5220.1700 concerning vocational rehabilitation. The proposed amendments deal with requirements of rehabilitation consultant interns, their supervisors, qualified rehabilitation consultants, consultant firms and rehabilitation vendors.
