Three Nominated to Workers' Compensation Board

The Workers’ Compensation Nominating Committee is recommending to Gov. Matt Bevin three attorneys, including current board Chairman Michael W. Alvey, to serve four-year terms on the Workers’ Compensation Board. Also nominated were former Lexington insurance defense attorney Thomas C. Donkin and Lexington business attorney James O. Fenwick, who specializes in estate planning. Alvey, of Owensboro, became board chairman in January 2010.
