Workers' Comp Reform Debate Heats Up in New York

Pro-worker advocates are speaking out loudly in New York State against Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s workers’ compensation reform package, which is folded into the governor’s proposed 2016-17 state budget. A new group is forming to tackle issues from this legislative session as well as ongoing issues with workers’ comp regulation and administration.
