The Kentucky Workers' Compensation Funding Commission (KWCFC) has set rates for the assessments it plans to collect from employers in 2018 to fund the state's workers' compensation program.
Employers will be assessed at a rate of 6.29% of their premium. Coal companies will be assessed at a rate of 20.29% of their premium.
