DWC Posts Criteria for 2022 Performance-Based Oversight

The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation posted criteria that it will use to assess insurance carriers in 2022 as part of the performance-based oversight process. Timely payments of initial temporary income benefits will be given the most weight during the reviews, followed by timely process of initial medical bills and timely processing of requests for reconsideration on medical bills.
