A unanimous Arizona Court of Appeals panel ruled that a driver for a trucking company based in Tijuana, Mexico who suffered injuries in a roll-over accident in Arizona could pursue a claim for benefits under the state's workers' comp system, even though he had already received disability benefits and medical treatment under Mexico's social security system.Since Arizona law, provides that an employee injured in state is eligible for workers' compensation benefits, and that an employer who doesn't carry comp insurance will be liable for the benefits paid to its injured employ...
