Assembly Insurance Committee Hearing Comp Bills Tuesday

The California Assembly Insurance Committee will hear testimony on bills addressing medical provider networks and presumptions on Tuesday. The committee will hear AB 399, by Assemblyman Rudy Salas, D-Bakersfield, which would authorize an injured worker to request the medical provider network name and network identification number when the employer objects to the selection of a treating physician because the doctor is not in the network.
