Revised Copy Shop Fee Schedule Would Increase Flat Rate to $230

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation on Wednesday proposed increasing the flat rate for copy services to $230 from $180, a slight increase over a proposal from 2021 that would have increased the payment to $225. The division is also proposing to eliminate a meet-and-confer requirement when a claims administrator, carrier or employer objects to a written request for records.
