Feds Want Another Crack at Phone They Say Contains Evidence of Kickback Scheme

Federal investigators have asked a U.S. district judge in Southern California for another chance to unlock a defendant’s smartphone they say contains evidence of his role in an alleged kickback scheme that defrauded workers' comp carriers out of more than $284 million.
