Advisory Council Finalizes Medical Fee Schedule

The Workers’ Compensation Advisory Council on Friday approved a finalized medical fee schedule as part of its biennial agreed-to bill to be submitted to the Legislature. The draft bill would direct the Department of Workforce Development to establish a medical fee schedule by Jan. 1, 2019.
