Put the Form Down: DLI Moving to New Claims Portal

The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry said the online filing of “R” forms regarding rehabilitation requests and responses will not be available after next week because the department is moving to a new system. Rehab providers who file their forms via the current online process or through fax or mail must stop doing so by 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 29. After that date, forms must be submitted through Work Comp Campus, the new web-based claims management portal, the department said in a bulletin.
