DWC to Hold Hearing on Hospital, ASC Fee Schedule

The Kentucky Department of Workers' Claims will hold a hearing in November on proposed changes to the hospital fee schedule, the department announced. The hearing will be held via the Zoom video conference platform at 1 p.m. Eastern Nov. 24. The link is here and the passcode is 204024. Stakeholders who plan to attend should notify the department no later than Nov. 18. If no one signs up, the hearing may be canceled, the department said in an emailed bulletin.
