Classification and Rating Committee Meeting June 2

The Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California’s Classification and Rating Committee will discuss a permanent code for telecommuters during a June 2 meeting. Proposed rules currently awaiting approval from the California Department of Insurance would allow workers who are telecommuting during the COVID-19 crisis to be classified using the code for clerical office employees.
