Bureau to Host Public Hearing on Rule Amendments to Chapter 4167

The Bureau of Workers’ Compensation will hold a public hearing at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 20 to consider four new and amended rules to Chapter 4167 of the Ohio Revised Code. The bureau’s biennium budget bill last year contained several statutory changes that govern the administration of the Public Employment Risk Reduction Program.
