WCA Extends Limited On-Site Operations

The New Mexico Workers’ Compensation Administration announced that telephonic proceedings will continue through at least April 10. The WCA also said “Lump Sum Tuesdays” will be canceled through that date as well. The agency announced earlier in March that mediations and hearings would be conducted by telephone through April 1.
