Doctor Removed From Comp System Over Compounds

A Fort Worth doctor has agreed to not treat, examine or consult with other physicians regarding injured workers by signing a consent order demanded by the Texas Division of Workers' Compensation for his alleged unnecessary prescribing of compound medications. Dr. Clinton C. Battle will be removed from the workers' compensation system Dec. 27.
