Court Overturns Denial of Benefits to Worker Injured in Car Accident

The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania overturned a denial of benefits to a worker for his injuries in a motor vehicle accident that happened while he was riding home from a job site in an employer-owned vehicle.   John Bark worked approximately four years as a seasonal laborer for Sooner Steel LLC, installing rebar for in-ground swimming pools.
