No TTD for Worker After She Resigned from Job

In a case of first impression, an Ohio appellate court ruled that a 2020 amendment addressing entitlement to temporary total disability benefits did not apply retroactively, and that a worker who quit her job before the new law took effect had lost her entitlement to TTD when she resigned.
