Embattled Zenefits Turning Over Brokerage Business to Others

Zenefits, a provider of human resources management software, has announced a change in strategy in which the company will partner with outside insurance brokers rather than sell insurance itself. The first partnership, announced on Thursday, is with OneDigital Health and Benefits, an Atlanta-based employee benefits brokerage. OneDigital works with 30,000 companies and manages nearly $5 billion in premiums.
