The California Division of Workers’ Compensation on Tuesday suspended two more medical providers from the workers’ compensation system: Fermin Iglesias and Steven Rigler.
Iglesias sold durable medical equipment from Prime Holdings International in Glendale. He pleaded guilty last December to one count of conspiracy to defraud and deprive patients of their right to their doctors’ honest services. He admitted to accepting $1 million in kickbacks from medical providers in exchange for referrals of injured workers.
