Additional Amendment Expected to Clarify Intent for Biennial MLFS Review

Although language in a recently amended bill appears to require the California Division of Workers' Compensation to review and update the Medical-Legal Fee Schedule every six months, the intent is to require reviews every two years, a legislative consultant said.
